civil rights video

yesterday in class we watched a movie about civil rights. i thought that video was so sad why did the kids have to join the movement. It was also sad how the blacks and the whites couldnt do anything togeather there was alot of people that was killed during this time. when i watched this video yesterday it almost made me wanna cry because it was sad how they treated us blacks.
